Criminal Damage to Water Tanks In Madison County

(RICHMOND, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7, Richmond, is currently investigating the possible criminal damage to two water tanks owned by Madison County Utilities. The two tanks, one located at College Hill and the other on US 25 south of Richmond, are leaking due to possible gunshot holes. An estimated 300,000 gallons of water will be lost.
