Robbery Investigation of Whitaker Bank in Lancaster, KY

(RICHMOND, KY) - The Kentucky State Police Post 7 Richmond, is currently investigating the robbery of the Whitaker Bank in Lancaster. At 12:51, a white male suspect entered the bank, passed a note to the teller, and stated that he had a weapon. The teller complied with the suspect's demands. The suspect left the bank and fled on foot. The suspect is described as a white male in his early to late thirties with light brown hair and a dark moustache. He is between 5'3" to 5'6" in height and weighs between 130 to 140lbs. The suspect was wearing a gray t-shirt with a pocket, dark framed sunglasses, and a light color rounded hat.
