Bank Robbery Suspect Arrested In Gallatin County

(Warsaw, KY)-On Wednesday, August 02, 2006 at 9:07am officers from the Kentucky State Police Campbellsburg Post, Gallatin County PD, Warsaw PD and the Gallatin County Sheriffs Office responded to a bank robbery at the First Farmers Bank in Warsaw, Kentucky. Officers were able to locate and arrest Robert W. Marshall, age 34, from Highland Heights, Kentucky without incident near the intersection of I-71 and KY-35. The arrest of Mr. Marshall took place less than 20 minutes after he robbed the bank. Mr. Marshall has been charged with Robbery 1st by KSP Det. Brady Lineman.
Mr. Marshall was also arrested on 6 non related charges from Boone, Kenton, and Campbell County. Those additional charges are as follows: Burglary 3rd, Theft by Deception, Persistent Felony Offender Shoplifting and 2 counts of Theft of Identity. Mr. Marshall was lodged in the Carroll County Detention Center.
