Injury Crash at the intersection of KY 259 and KY 79 in Breckinridge County, KY

(Elizabethtown, KY) - Glenn R Frith was driving an 1988 Oldsmobile Ciera. Glenn R Frith was parked in the Fentress Marina parking lot located at the intersection of KY 259 and KY 79. Ms. Frith started the vehicle and stated the throttle stuck open causing the vehicle to accelerate forward through the Fentress parking lot traveling north. Glenn R Frith's vehicle exited the parking lot and crossed over KY 79. Glenn R Frith's vehicle struck a concrete curb as it entered the First State Bank parking lot. Glenn R Frith's vehicle traveled west through the parking lot and exited the parking lot through the grass shoulder of KY 259. Glenn R Frith's vehicle crossed over KY 259 then struck the concrete curbing as it entered the Lasley Country Store parking lot striking a sign. Glenn R Frith's vehicle traveled north then east through the parking lot striking another concrete curb and a telephone pole as it exited the Lasley Parking Lot . Glenn R Frith's vehicle crossed over KY 259 a second time before coming to final rest along KY 259 facing south. Glenn R Frith's vehicle sustained moderate damage. The driver and passenger of Glenn R Frith were transported to Breckinridge Memorial Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
