Receiving Stolen Property Arrest in Warren County

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - While conducting a follow up investigation on a theft, Steven Smith Jr. age 25, Harry Jason Caster age 34, Stephen Douglas Graham age 35 and Don Charles Seckel age 38 were arrested and charged with receiving stolen property when they were found to be in possession of a small stolen building. All subjects were lodged in the Warren County Jail. Investigation continues.
