Felony Arrest in Hart County

(BOWLING GREEN, Ky.) - While initiating a traffic stop on Billy Murray, emergency equipment was activated and Mr. Murray failed to comply with commands to yield and pull over. Unit followed Mr. Murray on US 31W. Mr. Murray attempted to turn onto Coats Road but was unsuccessful and slid off the roadway. Mr. Murray was taken into custody without incident and was arrested on DUI 2^nd, Reckless Driving, No Insurance, Excessive Window Tinting, Speeding, Driving DUI Suspended 1^st, Fleeing/Evading 1^st Motor Vehicle, Wanton Endangerment 1^st Police Officer, Criminal Mischief, 8 Counts Of Execute Warrant For Other Agency. He was lodged in the Hart County Detention Facility.
