Sexual Abuse Investigation and Arrest in Logan County
Date of News Release: 10/20/2006
(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Indictment warrants were issued on Rickey Wayne Powell charging him with Sexual Abuse 1st degree & Sodomy 1st degree. Mr. Powell turned himself in at the Logan County Sheriff’s Office & was lodged in the Logan County Jail.
