Warren County Felony Arrest

(BOWLING GREEN, KY) - Units went to a residence on Prices Chapel Road in an effort to make contact with a wanted person. Upon arrival of the residence a strong odor of anhydrous was detected coming from house. Contact was made with the owner who gave consent to search the residence. Upon search of the house anhydrous ammonia was located with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine. Nicholas Thornton fled on foot and was apprehended by KSP at approximately at 14:00 hours on unrelated charges.

Mr. Nicholas age 26 of Woodburn, KY was charged with Terroristic Threating 3rd Degree, Fleeing and Evading Police (foot) 2nd Possession of firearm by convicted felon, Possession of Defaced Firearm, Known possession anhydrous ammonia with intent to manufacture Meth, possession of drug paraphernalia. He was lodged in the Warren County Jail.
