Arrest at Traffic Safety Checkpoint in Crittenden County

Date of News Release: 12/19/2006

(Crittenden County) - On December 14, 2006 at approximately 2:40 a.m., Tpr. Matt Foster and the Marion Police Department were conducting a traffic safety checkpoint on 641 South. A vehicle driven by Charles G. Bradley Jr. came through the checkpoint. Mr. Bradley was arrested for DUI and the other offenses listed above. The two passengers in the vehicle, James R. Boggess and a juvenile, were also arrested.
