KSP Post 2 Shop With Cops

Madisonville, KY - On Thursday, December 14, 2006 the Kentucky State Police Professional Association from Post 2 conducted its 10th annual "Shop with Cops" program at the Parkway Plaza Mall in Madisonville. Twenty-one (21) children and their families were treated to pizza at Godfather's. After dinner, there was a shopping trip to Goody's where each child was allotted $100 to spend.
Post 2 personnel that participated in the event were Captain Leslie Gannon, Sgt. Greg Jones, Sgt. Bobby Murray, Tpr. Lonnie Kavanaugh, Tpr. John Komar, Tpr. Stu Recke, Tpr. Nick Rice, Det. Ben Wolcott, retired KSP Lt. Daniel Ball and his wife, retired KSP Dispatcher Wendy Ball. The pizza and shopping were provided by funds from the Kentucky State Police Professional Association District 2 and private contributions.
