Injury Crash on Old Madisonville Road in Christian County

Christian County - James M. Cumbee age 32 of Hopkinsville, KY was operating a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix southbound on Old Madisonville Road when he met another vehicle traveling northbound on a hillcrest in the roadway. Mr. Cumbee veered off the roadway into a ditch where the vehicle continued to travel. Mr. Cumbee's vehicle struck an embankment and overturned. Mr. Cumbee was transported by ambulance to the Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment. He was not wearing a seatbelt. Tpr. Camileo Threatt investigated the crash that occurred on November 15, 2006 at 4:59 p.m. The Christian County Sheriff's Department, Westside Volunteer Fire Department and Christian County EMS assisted at the scene.
