Manufacturing Methamphetamine Arrest in Muhlenberg County

(Muhlenberg County) - Robert S. Bratcher was stopped on Blue Bird St in Cleaton for a traffic violation. Trooper Jerry Knight smelled a suspicious odor coming from Bratcher's vehicle. Ingredients used in the manufacture of methamphetamine were located on Bratcher's person. In addition, an active methamphetamine lab was located inside the vehicle.
Robert S. Bratcher was charged with Failure To Or Improper Signal, Failure To Produce Insurance Card, Possession of Open Alcoholic Beverage Container In A Motor Vehicle Prohibited, Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 1st Offense, Knowingly Possessing Anhydrous Ammonia Not in Proper Container With Intent To Manufacture Methamphetamine 2nd Or More Offense.
Mr. Bratcher's passenger; Larry R. Hendrix was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, 2nd or More Offense, Knowingly Possessing Anhydrous Ammonia Not in Proper Container With Intent To Manufacture Methamphetamine 2nd Or More Offense.
Both Mr. Bratcher and Mr. Hendrix were lodged in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
