Drug Arrest after Traffic Stop in Muhlenberg County

(Muhlenberg County) - On October 1st. 2006 Tpr. Jeff McWhorter made a routine traffic stop on Jeremy Sweeney of Greenville for speeding in a residential area. Mr. Sweeney had a DUI Suspended license and was arrested. After Tpr. McWhorter arrested Mr. Sweeney he found approximately one gram of meth in the right rear pocket of Mr. Sweeney. Mr. Sweeney was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle on a DUI suspended license, No Insurance, Speeding, and Possession of a Controlled Substance Meth.
