Drug Arrest in Caldwell County

(Caldwell County) - Kentucky State Police received information of drug activity at 833 Creswell Road in Caldwell County. Further investigation led to the issuance of a search warrant. Following execution of the search warrant, investigating officers located approximately eight and one half pounds of marijuana in a horse trailer in a barn located on the property. Anthony D. Rustin was charged with Trafficking Marijuana Over Five Pounds (Firearm Enhanced) 1^st Offense and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia (Firearm Enhanced) 1^st Offense.
