Injury Crash on Quarry Road in Christian County

Christian County - Kevin W. Richey age 28 of Cerulean, KY was operating a 1999 Jeep 4x4 eastbound on Quarry Road. For an unknown reason, the vehicle veered off the left side of the roadway and traveled through the grass until it struck a barn. The vehicle overturned coming to rest on its top. Mr. Richey was transported by ambulance to the Jennie Stuart Medical Center. He was later transported to Vanderbilt Medical Center. He was not wearing a seatbelt. Alcohol is a suspected factor in the crash. Tpr. Camileo Threatt investigated the crash that occurred on September 4, 2006 at 5:11 p.m. Christian County Rescue and Christian County EMS assisted at the scene.
