Escapee From Todd County Turns Himself In

Elkton, KY (Todd County) - On Sunday, June 18, 2006 at approximately 5:30 p.m., Kenneth Wayne Willoughby turned himself in to authorities with the Logan County Sheriff's Department. He was subsequently lodged in the Logan County Jail. Willoughby had escaped from the Todd County Jail on April 25, 2006. He had been lodged there on Burglary and Persistent Felony Offender charges.
Kentucky State Police Detective Steve Silfies has charged Willoughby with Escape 2nd Degree (Class D Felony) and Promoting Contraband 1st Degree (Class D Felony). The investigation is continuing.
