(Todd County) - Kentucky State Police received a complaint from the Todd County Emergency Services of shots fired into a residence. Richard D. Tucker drove to his sister's residence under the influence of alcohol on Rattlesnake Road asking if anyone had any beer. When Mr. Tucker was advised that his family did not have any beer, he became angry and wrecked his 2002 ford truck into two parked vehicles in the driveway and left. Mr. Tucker drove to his parent's residence on the same road, retrieved a 30/30 rifle, and proceeded to drive back to his sister's residence. Upon arrival at Ms. Rager's residence, Mr. Tucker fired a shot at the residence striking the satellite dish. He then walked around the back of the residence and kicked in the back door. Mr. Tucker threatened the lives of the 4 people inside the residence with the 30/30 rifle in hand. His family was able to convince him to leave. Mr. Tucker then drove back to his parent's residence.
