Drug & Endangering The Welfare Of a Monor Arrests

Date of News Release: 06/12/2006

Madisonville, KY - On Monday, June 12, 2006 at approximately 1:44 a.m., troopers arrived at a residence on Lone Star Road to conduct a welfare check on children that were at the residence. Upon arriving, troopers detected a strong odor of marijuana inside the residence. A search incident to arrest revealed a firearm, drug paraphernalia, pills and marijuana. There were four children inside the residence ranging from one to four years of age. Due to the unhealthy living conditions, Social Services was contacted and the children were removed to a safe environment. All four subjects listed above were arrested. See Arrest Data below. All four subjects were lodged in the Crittenden County Jail.
