Fatal ATV Crash in Webster County, KY

(Webster County, KY) - Wayne Bailey, age 49, of Sebree, KY was operating a 1995 Yamaha Rhino ATV on private property. For an unknown reason Bailey lost control of the vehicle, causing his 5 years of age grandson Kody Matthew Clark to be ejected from the vehicle. The vehicle overturned and came to final rest on top of the juvenile. Clark was pronounced deceased at the scene by Webster County Coroner. Neither subjects were wearing seatbelts or helmets. Investigation continues.
