Injury Crash on KY 91 Caldwell County, KY

(Caldwell County, KY) - Ms. Alexandra Arnold was traveling southbound on KY 91 when for an unknown reason her truck dropped off the right hand shoulder of the roadway. Ms. Arnold then overcorrected causing her vehicle to come back up onto the roadway. She then overcorrected again and exited the roadway off the right hand shoulder once again. The vehicle struck an earth embankment, causing it to overturn, and came to a final rest off the roadway on its top. Ms. Arnold was transported to Caldwell County Hospital by ambulance and later air lifted by Air Evac to Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville, TN.
