Drug Arrest in Marion, KY

Date of News Release: 04/27/2006

Marion, KY (Crittenden County) - On Thursday, April 27, 2006 at approximately 6:48 a.m., officers executed an indictment warrant on Richard E. Sutton age 48 of Marion, KY at his residence on East Bellville. While executing it, officers located methamphetamine, marijuana, pills and drug paraphernalia. Sutton was served the indictment warrant and also charged with Possession Controlled Substance 1st Degree-Meth 2nd Offense, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Offense, Possession Controlled Substance 3rd Degree 1st Offense and Possession of Marijuana. He was lodged in the Crittenden County Detention Center. Tpr. Matthew Foster was the arresting officer. Tpr. Darron Holliman, Det. Ronnie Long-Pennyrile Narcotics Task Force and Officer Greg Rushing-Marion Police Department assisted at the scene.
