Injury Crash on US 641 in Crittenden County, KY

(Crittenden County, KY) - Keith A. Ethridge was southbound on US641 when his vehicle left the roadway and struck an earth embankment causing his vehicle to overturn. The vehicle flipped approximately six times before coming to rest. Mr. Ethridge was ejected from the vehicle and transported by PHI Lifeflight to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN, for injuries sustained.
