Injury Crash on US 641 in Crittenden County, KY

Date of News Release: 02/15/2006

Crittenden County - Jerry Collins was operating a 2003 Ford F450 northbound on US 641, just inside Crittenden County. His vehicle left the roadway and overturned in a ditch. Mr. Collins was transported by ambulance to the Crittenden County Hospital for treatment. He was wearing a seatbelt.
