Drug Arrest in Madisonville, KY

Madisonville, KY (Hopkins County) - On Tuesday, February 7, 2006 at approximately 3:53 p.m., officers from the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville executed a search warrant at a residence located at Chateau Mobile Home Park. During their search, officers discovered marijuana in the residence. While officers were executing the search warrant at the residence, Raymond Lance age 36 and Tiffany Lance age 18 both of Madisonville, KY came over. They also had marijuana in their possession. The marijuana was seized along with cash. The owner of the residence, Robert M. Schmaltz age 38 of Madisonville, KY, along with Raymond Lance and Tiffany Lance were charged with trafficking marijuana less than 8 ounces. All three subjects were cited to court.
