Possession of Controlled Substance 1st-Cocaine Arrest

(Eddyville, KY.)- Tpr. TJ Williams while on patrol, stopped a vehicle on I-24 Westbound at the 46 mile marker for speeding. Upon speaking to the operator, a smell of marijuana was detected in the vehicle. Permission to search the vehicle was given to Trooper's Williams and Turnbow. Found under the driver's seat was a plastic bag containing approximately 14.6 grams of Marijuana and rolling papers. Trooper's also found approximately 1.5 grams of Cocaine in a can in the driver's door and 2 Ecstasy tablets found in a pair of shorts inside a suitcase. The driver, Jeramie D. Cesarek was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance 1st-Cocaine, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st-Ecstacy, Possession of Marijuana under 8 oz, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia 1st Offense. Cesarek was lodged in Caldwell County Jail. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Williams.
