Cultivating Marijuana Arrests in Carlisle County

(Carlisle County, KY) - Kentucky State Police Marijuana Eradication Aircraft spotted 7 marijuana plants growing behind the Hambrick's residence. After questioning both David and Carmen Hambrick, a search of the house was conducted which revealed 4 pounds of processed marijuana, items of drug paraphernalia and a varity of prescription medications. Kentucky State Police also seized two weapons after learning Carmen Hambrick is a convicted felon.

David Hambrick age 53 of Bardwell, KY was charged with Cultivating Marijuana (Over 5 Plants), Trafficking In Marijuana 8oz to 5 lbs., Drug Paraphernalia - Possession 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 1st Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 3nd Degree 1st Offense and was lodged in the Ballard County Jail.

Carmen Hambrick age 57 of Bardwell, KY was charged with Cultivating Marijuana (Over 5 Plants). Trafficking In Marijuana 8oz to 5 lbs, Drug Paraphernalia - Possession 2nd Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 2nd Degree 2nd Offense, Possession of Controlled Substance 3nd Degree 2nd Offense, Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon and was lodged in the Ballard County Jail.
