Injury Crash on KY 164 in Trigg County

Trigg County, KY. - Timothy Adkins was traveling eastbound on KY 164 when he rounded a curve, ran off of the left shoulder of the roadway, and hit an embankment causing Adkins' truck to become airborne. The truck overturned, and Adkins was ejected from the vehicle. Adkins was transported from the scene by the Trigg County Ambulance Service, and taken to the Trigg County Hospital where he was later flown by AIR EVAC to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, IN. Trooper Ray Burnam was assisted by the Trigg County Sheriffs Department, Trigg County Rescue, and the Trigg County Ambulance Service.
