Injury Crash on US Highway 60 in Livingston County

(Livingston County, KY) - The vehicle operated by John A Tyner of Salem was eastbound on US Highway 60 when he lost control of his vehicle on the Cumberland River Bridge just east of Smithland. After he wrecked he was witnessed throwing his cooler over the side of the bridge. Mr. Tyner was transported by Livingston EMS to Western Baptist Hospital for neck and back injuries. He was later arrested and cited into court for Dui 2nd aggravated, Driving on a DUI Suspended Operators license 2nd offense aggravated, and Criminal Littering. Trooper Williams was assisted by Trooper John Gabbard and Livingston County EMS.
