Pursuit and Arrest in Livingston County, KY

(Livingston County , KY.) - The Kentucky State Police received information on the location of Ginger A. Moseley, who was being sought for questioning in relation to a subject William Bowles who is wanted from West Virginia. KSP units T.J. Williams U/850, Lewie Dodd U/377, and Mikey Turnbow U/426 located the subject in a vehicle at a gas station in Grand Rivers, KY.

When the units approached the vehicle, Moseley was hiding in the backseat. Moseley got in the drivers seat and a pursuit ensued. KSP pursued Moseley on KY 453 for approximately 2 miles when she slammed on her breaks and bailed from the vehicle. KSP units pursued her approximately 200 yards in LBL where she was apprehended.

She was lodged in McCraken County Detention Center and charged with hindering prosecution and apprehension 2nd, fleeing and evading police 2nd motor vehicle, fleeing and evading 2nd on foot, and unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

Livingston County Sheriff's department assisted on the scene. The investigation is continuing by Trooper T.J. Williams U/850.
