Fatal Crash on KY 116 in Fulton County, KY

William L. Carlson JR. was traveling East on KY. 116 when he ran off the right side of the roadway. He traveled approximately 343 feet before overcorrecting back left. The vehicle traveled across the roadway, struck an earth embankment and overturned. The victim, William L. Carlson Jr., was not wearing a seatbelt and ejected from the vehicle. The Fulton County Coroner pronounced him dead at the scene. The Obion County, TN. Fire Department, Fulton City EMS and Fulton County Coroner assisted state police at the scene. The investigation is continuing by Trooper Jay Thomas.
