Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Arrest in Livingston County, KY

(Livingston County, KY) While conducting an investigation into non-compliant sex offenders in Post 1 district, Detective Russell Boyd discovered that Gary W. Couch was non-compliant. State law cites that if a registered sex offender moves within their home county, they must notify the state the day of the move or prior to it. Mr. Couch failed to do either. He was subsequently lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center charged with Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registry. The McCracken County Jail lodges Livinston County prisoners. The investigation is continuing by Detective Russell Boyd.
