Three Arrested on Drug Charges in Hickory, KY

(Graves County, KY.) On February 7, 2006 Kentucky State Police executed a search warrant at 294 State Route 408 in Hickory, KY.
An investigation by Kentucky State Police led to Trooper Cory Jessup and Trooper Tim Sales obtaining a search warrant. At approximately 6:45 PM, Kentucky State Police, assisted by Graves County Sheriffs Office, Pennyrile Drug Task Force, and Mayfield PD made entry into the residence where it was believed narcotics were being sold. Located in the residence were 9 baggies of methamphetamine, 10 grams of marijuana, and various types of drug paraphernalia. Seized along with the narcotics were several firearms.
Jackie N. Seay of Hickory, KY was arrested and charged with Trafficking in a Controlled Substance 1st degree, 1st Offense, Trafficking in Controlled Substance 2nd degree, 1st Offense, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. (All charges were Firearm Enhanced). Also arrested was Tony L. Spraggs Jr. of Boaz, KY and he was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Along with Mr. Seay and Mr. Spraggs, Toby Adams of Paducah, KY was arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1st (Meth), Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Marijuana. All three were lodged in the Graves County Jail.
