A Beaver Dam Man Arrested

Date of News Release: 12/20/2006

(Henderson, KY) - Ohio County Social Services contacted KSP reference allegations of sexual abuse committed by Billy Burden Jr. Upon investigating Detective Bryan Whittaker was able to present the investigation to Ohio County Grand Jury where they charged Billy Burden Jr. He was arrested and lodged in the Ohio County Detention Center.

Billy Burden Jr was charged with 3 counts of Rape 1st, 3 counts of Incest, 15 counts of Sexual Abuse 1st.
