Narcotics Arrest in Ohio County

(Henderson, KY) - James L. Bean, operating a 2002 Pontiac, was travelling on KY 54 in Deanfield. Trooper Lacy executed a traffic stop for an observed violation. Upon speaking to the driver, Trooper Lacy deected the smell of marijuana. As Mr. Bean exited the vehicle, Trooper Lacy observed items used to manufacture methamphetamine in the vehicle. Mr. Bean was placed under arrest and lodged in the Ohio County Jail.
