Injury Crash on KY 138 in McLean County
Date of News Release: 09/30/2006
(Henderson, KY) - Mr. Jerry Willoughby was driving eastbound on KY 138, 5 miles west of Rumsey. Mr. Willoughby stated that he had fallen asleep at the wheel, and failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle ran into a ditch, striking a culvert and a mailbox. Mr. Willoughby complained of neck and chest pain and was transported by McLean County EMS to Owensboro Mercy Hospital for treatment.
