Criminal Abuse 1st Arrest in Adair County

(Columbia, KY) - On 11/08/2006, Post 15 Columbia received a complaint from 92.7 WAVE radio that a child had come to the station and was reporting that he was a victim of abuse. WAVE contacted KSP and a Trooper B. J. Burton responded to WAVE. Upon arrival, Trooper Burton spoke with the victim, who stated that his aunt, who was his caretaker, was physically abusing him and his siblings and was not giving them food. Upon further investigation, Trooper Burton arrested TERRI N. BOSCHEE for Criminal Abuse 1st Degree. BOSCHEE was lodged in the Adair County Jail.
