Injury Crash on KY 76 in Adair County

Date of News Release: 11/08/2006

(Columbia, KY) - Gary Smith age 47 of Russell Springs was traveling east on KY 76, swerved his vehicle to miss a deer and ran off the roadway and struck a tree. Mr. Smith was treated and released from the Westlake Regional Hospital.
