Russell County Arrest

(Columbia, KY) - Terri Scholl age 24 of Russell Springs, KY was arrested in the city limits of Russell Springs Campground Road at 6:38 P.M. Ms. Scholl was charged with Theft of Stolen Credit Card, Unlawful Access to Computer 3rd, 2 Counts Forgery 2nd, 2 Counts Fraudulent Use Of Credit Card, 2 Counts Unlawful Access to Computer 2nd. Ms. Scholl was lodged into the Russell County Jail.
