Toledo, OH Man Arrested at Seventy Six Falls
Date of News Release: 07/01/2006
(Columbia, KY) - David F. Mackinlay, age 36 of Toledo, OH was arrested at Seventy Six Falls at 8:30 P.M. on 6/30/2006 for Kidnapping (adult) Assault 4th, Terrorist Threatening 3rd Degree. He was lodged into the Clinton County Jail. The arrest is in reference to an incident that occurred in the area of Grider Hill Dock earlier in the day.
