A Columbia Man Arrested on Several Charges and Lodged in Adair County Jail

(Columbia, KY) - Arrested 13 miles north Columbia on Crooked Creek Road at 1:24 PM, charged with Fleeing & Evading 1st, Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon, Operating on Suspended OL, Reckless Driving, Speeding, Too Fast For Conditions, No Seatbelt, Driving Side to Side, Abandonment of Vehicle on Public Road, Failure to Signal.

Christian Wheeler, Columbia age 31, lodged Adair County Regional Jail (Wheeler was charged with 2 Counts of Escape, 2 Counts Fleeing and Evading, by the Adair County Sheriff's Dept) and Theft of a Motor Vehicle by Columbia Police Dept).
