October Monthly Activity From Post 14
During the month of October 2006, there were 51-motor vehicle crashes investigated by State Police working out of the Ashland Post in the four counties of Boyd, Greenup, Carter, and Lawrence.
During October of 2006 there were 3 fatalities in the Post 14 area which occurred in Boyd County (1) and Carter County (2) compared to 2 which occurred in Greenup County in October 2005. Statewide fatalities stand at 746 compared to 811 for the same time period in 2005.
