Target Arson Investigation, KSP Seeking Information

(Ashland) - Kentucky State Police in Ashland is seeking any information leading to the arrest of the suspect (s) responsible for the fire of the Spanish Manor residence located in Grahn, Ky. The Spanish Manor is a traditional landmark located on US 60 outside Olive Hill, Ky. On 7-4-06, around 2300 hours, members of five fire departments, including the Grahn Fire Department, responded to a fire of this residence owned by Bill Carroll. This fire resulted in several thousands of dollars in damage to the residence; however, no one was injured in the blaze.

The Kentucky State Police is offering 1000 dollar reward leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect(s) responsible for this fire. This reward is part of the "Target Arson" program offered by the Kentucky State Police.
