Warrants Served on Two People in Cannonsburg Fire Department Investigation

(Ashland, KY) - The Kentucky State Police served grand jury summons on the prior Chief Steve Clevenger and the Secretary Angela Clevenger of the Cannonsburg Fire Department. Mr. Clevenger was charged with served eight counts of theft by failure to make required disposition of property over $300 and two counts under $300. Ms. Clevenger was charged with nine counts theft by failure to make required disposition of property over $300, two counts under $300 and one count of perjury first degree.
