Injury Crash and Arrest on KY 1319 in Spencer County

(Post 12 Frankfort) - Ronald L. Reed was traveling west on KY 1319 and Sherry Gains was traveling east on KY 1319. Ronald L. Reed was attempting to make a left turn into a private drive and struck Sherry Gains' vehicle headon. Ronald L. Reed was cited by K.S.P for no insurance. He was lodged in the Bullett County Jail by the Bullet County Sheriff's Office on two outstanding warrants, Flagrant Non Support and Persistent Felony Offender 2nd. Kentucky State Police were assisted by the Spencer County Sheriff's Office and the Bullett County Sheriff's Office.
