Alabama Man Extradited to KY and Charged with Electronic means to Induce Minor

(Post 12 Frankfort) - Unlawful use of Electronic means to Induce a Minor to Engage in Sexual or other Prohibited Activities

The accused used a cell phone and the internet to communicate with a juvenile. The accused came to Kentucky and attempted to induce the juvenile to meet him for a sexual encounter.

On Monday, November 20, 2006, Kentucky State Police extradicted Larry Lee Lucas from Hamilton, AL. He has been lodged in the Shelby Co jail on Unlawful use of Electronic means to Induce Minor to engage in Sexual or other prohibited Activities (The law went into effect July 12, 2006) and Unlawful Transaction with a minor 1^st, (Attempt).
