(Frankfort, KY) - On Tuesday, October 10, 2006 at 1:30 PM., Kentucky State Police arrest Scott Stumbo. He has been charged with 1 count of Distribution Obscene Matter to Minor 1st Offense (Class A Misdemeanor) and with 3 counts of Harassment (Class B Misdemeanor). He is lodged in the Shelby County Jail on a $2500.00 bond.
