2 of the 3 Escape Inmates from the Blackburn Correctional Complex Apprehended

On Sunday, October 01, 2006 at 5:24 PM, Glasgow Police Department arrested Samuel Hubley and William DeWayne Jewel in Barren County. They were arrested after an anonymous tip. Escapee James York remains at large.

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of three Blackburn Correctional Complex inmates. On Friday, September 29, 2006 at approx., 8:20 AM, Samuel Hubley, James York and William DeWayne Jewel escaped. Escapees maybe headed to Warren County together.
