2 of the 3 Escape Inmates from the Blackburn Correctional Complex Apprehended

On Sunday, October 01, 2006 at 5:24 PM, Glasgow Police Department arrested Samuel Hubley and William DeWayne Jewel in Barren County. They were arrested after an anonymous tip. Escapee James York remains at large.

(Frankfort, KY) - Kentucky State Police Post 12 Frankfort is investigating the escape of three Blackburn Correctional Complex inmates. On Friday, September 29, 2006 at approx., 8:20 AM, Samuel Hubley, James York and William DeWayne Jewel escaped. Escapees maybe headed to Warren County together.

	Samuel Hubley, D.O.B. 04/01/1981, white male, 190 pounds, 6'1'', last seen with brown hair, green eyes, tattoos on right arm, upper left arm and chest.
	James York D.O.B. 03/27/1970, white male, 180 pounds, 5'10'', last seen with black hair, green eyes, tattoos on back, right shoulder, left arm.
	William DeWayne Jewel, D.O.B. 03/10/1974, white male, 220 pounds, 6', last seen with brown hair, blue eyes, tattoos on right arm, upper left and lower right arm.
