Two of the Three Men Wanted for Violation of Sex Offender Registry Arrested/Located

(Post 12 Frankfort) Gary W. Ritchie was arrested this afternoon at 19:45 at a residence on Owenton Ave in Franklin County. The arrest stems from an anonymous tip to the Kentucky State Police in Frankfort after news media broadcasted release (previously distributed this date). The Kentucky State Police continue to look for Gonzales and Middleton, and encourage the public to report any possible whereabouts of the two.

George W. Middleton has been located incarcerated in the Jackson County, Indiana, jail.
