Traffic Crash in Laurel County

(LONDON, KY) - On Wednesday, November 15, 2006, at 8:09 AM the Kentucky State Police responded to a two vehicle traffic crash with injury on KY 192 in Laurel County, KY. Traffic Crash Reconstructionist Detective Mike Bowling responded to the scene at the request of the Laurel County Sheriff's Office. Detective Bowling determined that a 2001 Jeep Liberty driven by Jennifer R. Gaddis, 27, of London, crossed the centerline and struck a 2002 Lexus, driven by Leena P. Patel, 16, of London, head-on. Gaddis and a passenger in her vehicle were treated and released at the Marymount Hospital. Patel and a passenger in her vehicle where air lifted to the UK medical center for treatment of their injuries. Detective Bowling continues the investigation.
