Murder Investigation Follow Up 2 Arrested

(Pikeville, KY) - On Tuesday, June 14, 2005 Kentucky State Police Detectives of Post 9-Pikeville, arrested Cory Chaney and Arthur "Arty" Adkins based on the death investigation surrounding the skeletal remains found on June 9, 2005 at Alleghany, KY. Through this investigation it is believed that the human remains are that of Greg Fleming 26 years of age.

Chaney, 18 years of age, was arrested at Coal Run, KY at 1 pm and charged with Tampering with Physical Evidence. Adkins, 34 years of age, was arrested and a search warrant was executed at his residence at 11 pm. Adkins was charged with Murder, Robbery 1st and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
